This particular home was build about 1864 and is one of the oldest buildings in the neighborhood, Bridge street was a busy colonial roadway that led to a ferry crossing for San Sebastian River.

Originaly built in 1910, the house was moved between 1917 and 1924 to the west side of the lot and turned around to face Maria Sanchez lake.
