Snowdonia (Welsh: Eryri) is a mountainous region in northwestern Wales and a national park of 823 square miles (2,130 km2) in area. It was the first to be designated of the three national parks in Wales, in 1951.
The area of the Snowdonia National Park has so much to offer to visitors that if you are visiting it for the first time you will wonder why it took you so long to do it.
RSPB Conwy (Nature preserve)
Conwy RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) nature reserve – wetland created from material dug out during the construction of the A55 road tunnel.
Conwy Castle
Conwy: the best-preserved fortified medieval towns in Britain.

Llyn Padarn
Scenic lake covering 800 acres, with trails & a 2-mi. glacial lake for swimming & sailing.
Dolbadarn Castle
Dolbadarn Castle was built in either the 1220s or the 1230s by Llywelyn the Great, at the base of the Llanberis Pass, overlooking the lake of Llyn Padarn in northern Wales.
