Call for an access code if you go by car, be sure to check the hunting season, and enjoy the forest roads, all accessible by car, and the hiking trails.
Cedar Creek area around the campground is great to explore; a spur road off Cedar Creek Rd (old service road now a hiking trail) is great to adventure.
At the eastern end of Evans Rd park and enjoy the Flatwoods trail.
A spur road off Smith Grade Rd goes all the way to big dunes and Matanzas River but the place is managed by Florida Inland Navigation District and there is no access.
